The cardio kickboxing class is an energetic workout that produces great results. It’s a great way of losing weight, toning and shaping the body, and having fun while doing it. In the past, cardio students have lost from 15-65lbs within a few months to a year. The Cardio Kickboxing is designed to be a light impact class for novice, medium impact for the intermediate, and a high impact for the advance cardio workout practitioner. Our Cardio Kickboxing class consists of: punching, kicking, blocking, weaving and bobbing, and kung fu routines done with music. It also involves warming up and stretching out the body before beginning and after the routine workout. The Cardio Kickboxing focuses on building better coordination, balance, and stamina while targeting the abdomen, thighs, calves, biceps, triceps, etc. FUN! FUN! FUN!!!!!! It feels great to stay in shape! Other workout exercises involve punching and kicking the kick bag, and focus mitt workouts for fighting.
